Occupational Therapist
Kayla Cassandra is a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist who has a diverse range of clinical experience that includes early intervention, pediatrics, adults with disabilities, sports rehabilitation, and hospital-based care.
Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Stockton University and went on to receive her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) from Seton Hall University. Her passion for orthopedic therapy was sparked by her own athletic background—having grown up playing competitive soccer and basketball—which gives her a unique understanding of movement, recovery, and performance.
Known for her energetic and client-centered approach, Kayla integrates functional movement, evidence-based techniques, and motivational strategies into her therapy sessions to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Her commitment to health and performance is demonstrated both in and outside the clinic. When she’s not in the clinic, Kayla channels her love of fitness into early morning gym sessions and competes in fitness competitions across the tri-state area.
